Seashells

Real seashells picked up from the beaches around the ocean can make durable and color pieces of the bathroom decor. A larger seashell can be cleaned out thoroughly and used as a soap dish, or it can be mounted to the bathroom wall to be used as a toothbrush or toothpaste shelf.

Seashells have the unique property of being both practical and beautiful. People creating a jungle or tropical theme in their bathroom can use bamboo to enhance the look of the bathroom and fit into the theme. But bamboo can be used by anyone to give a unique look to a bathroom whether there is a theme involved or not.

A long bamboo stalk used as a shower curtain rod or bamboo put around the shower opening to be used as a dram offer a look that can be part of any decorating scheme. Bamboo is already able to withstand the changes in temperature and moisture associated with a bathroom, so it is ready to use without the need for further preparation.
